At SOHO, you are welcomed at reception, where we make sure your day gets off to a great start. We’ll show you to your meeting room, which will be ready and set up according to your preferences for layout and catering.
You can easily connect to our network and AV equipment and get started right away. Of course, we provide notebooks and pens so all important points can be noted down.
If you have ordered catering, we ensure continuous replenishment throughout the day. When it’s time for lunch, we guide you to the canteen and meanwhile reset the room so it’s ready when you return.
When the meeting is over, you can simply leave the room and return the key to reception — and we’ll take care of the rest.

Venues and room layouts
We offer unique meeting rooms for 6–150 people - each with its own theme and character. Whether you want something stylish and corporate in Apoteket on Klosterstræde, informal and cosy in Jagtstuen at Flæsketorvet, or something completely different.
Click “Book Meeting Room” to explore the various options. When booking larger meeting rooms, you can request an alternative table setup. If seating configurations are available, they will be shown in the room description. Simply add a note to your booking with the setup that best suits your meeting, and we’ll have everything ready for your arrival.
Catering options
Catering is ordered when you book a meeting room, but it can also be added afterwards if, for example, your group grows or plans change. We serve great lunch, delicious coffee, breakfast, and much more. All food is prepared by our in-house chefs and is always freshly made and delicious.
Please remember to let us know in the notes or by email if there are any special requirements we should take into account, for example if someone is vegetarian or has other dietary needs.

Tech setup
Ultra-fast internet and wireless connectivity. All rooms are equipped with AV facilities, including a screen or projector. Simply share your screen via AirPlay or connect directly. In addition, whiteboards and other effective tools are available to make your next meeting efficient and well-structured.

Our room prices start from 500/hour. There are discounts for half-day and full-day bookings respectively.
